Sustainability at H2O4U

At H2O4U, we are committed to delivering natural mineral water while caring for both quality and the environment that sustains it.

Protecting a Natural Resource

Our water source lies at the heart of H2O4U. Located beneath the Salpausselkä aquifer in Lahti, it is carefully protected through controlled extraction practices.

 

We draw only a small fraction of the available water, allowing natural renewal processes to continue undisturbed and ensuring long-term preservation of this resource.

Bag-in-Box

Less raw material compared to traditional PET bottles

The outer box is made from 75% recyclable corrugated board, while the inner bag contains 53% percent renewable and recycled materials. Both components are designed to separate easily, supporting efficient recycling and circular use.

Pure-Pak®

Made from renewable materials

Pure-Pak® cartons are made primarily from renewable materials, supporting lower environmental impact while maintaining safety and performance. The tethered Pure-Twist Flip cap helps reduce plastic use and prevent marine litter by staying attached after opening.
